Introduction to Microsoft Word 2003
Learn the basics to get you started. At the end of this class you will be able to format & edit documents. Improve the look of your documents by using program tools. Save/retrieve/print a document & recognize basic program icons.

Pre-requisite: Knowledge of Windows principles, type 25 wpm.

Intermediate Microsoft Word 2003
This class will present students with creative case studies that utilize Word skills beyond the basics, including desktop publishing, preparing newsletters and employee policy manuals, organizing long documents and research papers, and Web integration.

Pre-requisite: Proficient in Microsoft Word & Windows, type 25 wpm.

Introduction to Microsoft Excel 2003
Not just for Accountants! This course provides training to help you get control over numbers. Learn how to format, enter, edit, copy, protect, retrieve and save files. Create basic formulas & use basic program commands.

Pre-requisite: Knowledge of Windows principles, type 25 wpm.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2003
This class will present students with creative case studies that utilize skills beyond the basics: developing templates and graphics, multiple-sheet workbooks, databases, PivotTables, styles, and outlines.

Introduction to Microsoft PowerPoint 2003
This is a popular graphics program for designing presentations. Learn the basics of creating and formatting presentations and slide shows.

Access is a popular database program that organizes information for business or home use. Learn the basics of creating, editing, and formatting tables, queries, forms and reports.

Introduction to Microsoft Outlook 2003
Become familiar with Outlook’s organizing techniques to manage your calendar. By the end of the day you will learn how to enter and maintain contacts, communicate with email and manage your schedule on the Outlook calendar.

Internet Training – Not Sure How to Get Started on the Internet & eBay?
This introductory course will focus on surfing the World Wide Web & embarking on the “Information Superhighway and the Global Auction site ”. Participants will learn the basics of WEB searches, communication options (e-mail, chat rooms, eCard, etc.) to reach people around the globe, join in newsgroups and more. Participants will learn how to buy and sell on eBay, search and post items on eBay, better understand eBay's payment and security method. This wealth of knowledge could be financially rewarding!
